WA Regionals Swaps

Every year all the Stampin' Up! demonstrators in WA have a chance to attend a training day in Perth. This is a great opportunity for us to catch up with old friends (and make new ones) while learning about new products and techniques from those in the know at SU!. Part of the fun is making and swapping cards and other projects with other demonstrators. THese 2 cards are the ones I made (with a bit of help from friends). I swapped 40 cards, so I have lots of new ideas and designs. If you want to see all the others, you will have to book a workshop and I will bring them with me!
Dont forget the Pink Ribbon fundraiser Saturday night here at my place, 7pm cost $10!!

New address

Hi Everyone

Exciting news, I have my own domain name!! This means that the address for here is even easier to type.

Easy peasy!! You can still use the old name and you will be automatically diverted.

I know it now has only one s in the address, blame Matt for organising this before 7am with only half a cup of coffee in him!!

Take care

Back from holidays and straight into a few cards. This is one I have made for my secret sister in the USA. Halloween is not a holiday we celebrate here in Oz, so I had to get the imagination going. I have no halloween stamps or papers so I had to improvise. I dry embossed the spider web and then wiped it with white ink. THe spider was created from a number of different size circle punches. Next month I have to make a Thanksgiving card and again I have no stamps!

Cardstock: basic black, pumpkin pie and real red
Ink: whisper white craft ink and white embossing powder
Punches: 1.5", 1" and 1/4" circles
Stamps: best friends alphabet lower (no longer available)
Accessories: pumpkin pie ribbon, white gel pen, black marker
