THere are prizes for each challenge, donated by creators of the blog.

The first challenge is to create an item using the colours of the blog: rose red, so saffron, choc chip, taken with teal and whisper white.

Other products used:
Stamp set: Garden Whimsy and Daisy dasy wheel
Ink: Rose red and taken with teal
Accessories: Choc Chip DSP and So Saffron ribbon, Stickles glitter.

So make sure you check out all the other creations at Just Add Ink.

Stampin' Up! Updates

There is alot going on at Stampin' Up! at the moment, a couple of specials and promotions so I thought I would just give you all a reminder.

1.  Summer Catalogue is available right now until the 31 March. This catty has a number of great stamp sets for Easter and Valentines as well as a few sets and designer papers just for kids. These items are for a limited time and while some things may make it to the main catalogue when it arrives in September there is no knowing what they will be. This catalogue also has a circle cutter..a great tool for cutting circles from 1 to 6 inches.  This is an invaluable tool for those who do scrapbooking!

2.  Inventory Sale is still on until the 24th January.  These items are only available until stocks run out and the Jumbo outline alphabet set has all gone (thankfully I ordered mine in time!). With some items as much as 50% off there are some real bargains to be had.

3. Sale-A-Bration starts on the 25th January until March 31.  For those who dont know, this is a great chance to earn FREE stamp sets! For every $100 you spend you get a limited edition stamp set, four to choose from or collect them all. THere are also bonuses for those who host a workshop and extras for those who join SU! during this period.

If you would like a copy of the Summer catalogue or the Sale-a-bration catalogue, just send me an email with your address and I will pop one in the post for you.

Happy New Year!!

I hope you all had a great New Year and are enjoying the school holidays. We have started swimming lessons for the kids this week. One week at the pool and 2 weeks down the beach at Emu Point. Hopefully the weather will continue to be sunny while we are down the beach. The Albany weather can be a bit tempermental, so while it may be summer there is no guarantee of sun!

My New Year's resolution is to send more happy mail! To do this I promise to send a few Birthday cards each month to members of my ESAD group.  I made 4 cards last night and will send them to the next 4 birthday reminders on the group. I will make a few cards at the start of each month and then keep posting them til I run out. If you would like a card just email me your birth date and I will add you to the list.

These are the cards I have made for this month. See that piece of embossing down the bottom of each card? That is a SU! Big Shot embossing folder made exclusively for Stampin' Up! Althought not yet available you can expect to see them in the next mini catalogue!
