Ghosting

This week's entry for the stamping 411 sketch challenge. I wanted to try something new for this card, so I headed over to the resource section of Splitcoast and found this technique called ghosting. Unfortunately it didn't photograph very well, but the 2 small panels are glossy white cardstock which have been stamped with a doiley image in versamark and then sponged over with blushing bride. The colour combination also came from the Stamping 411.

Project Recipe
Stamps: Delicate doilies, Oval all and Nature Walk
Card: Basic black, melon mambo, blushing bride, wild wasabi and glossy white
Ink: Blushing bride, versamark and black stazon
Accessories: Vintage wallpaper embossing folder, black grosgrain ribbon, large oval punch, scallop oval punch and eyelet border punch
